Great Wratting New Build

This was a full new build project and, as with most new builds, the brief developed as the job progressed. Layouts, details, and finishes were adjusted along the way as the client refined what they wanted from the space.

We kept the build moving while accommodating those changes, advising where needed and making sure the overall programme stayed on track. A number of the final details weren't part of the original design, including practical features like built-in storage and adjustments to how certain spaces were used day to day.

The end result is a house that's been shaped around how the client actually lives, rather than just the initial drawings.
