Chilford Hall

This ongoing project at Chilford Hall involves the comprehensive renovation of existing barn structures, transforming them into high-quality office spaces. The aim is to retain the character of the original buildings while delivering modern, functional environments suited to contemporary business use.

We are undertaking a full internal and external refurbishment, including structural alterations, insulation upgrades, new services installation, and complete interior fit-out. Works include flooring, partitioning, lighting, heating systems, and full decoration, all carefully integrated to respect the existing architecture while meeting current performance standards.

Once complete, the development will provide a range of flexible office spaces that combine the charm of traditional barn buildings with the practicality and comfort required for modern working. The project is currently in progress and is scheduled for completion later this year.
