Blackmoor Barn Extension & Refurbishment

This was an extension and refurbishment project and, early on, there were questions around the condition of parts of the existing structure, which needed to be addressed before moving forward. The project also ran during the post-COVID period where material availability was still inconsistent.

We dealt with the structural elements first, making sure everything was sound before progressing. At the same time, materials and scheduling were managed carefully to keep things moving despite supply delays.

The finished project includes a new kitchen and living space with strong links to the outside, making better use of the views and layout of the property.
